Nyinda Clinic: Tibetan Medicine & Holistic Healing
Scheduling & Planning to meet with the Menpa Tsundu or Menpa Nashalla
Traditional Tibetan Medicine requires the physical examanation of a person. For this reason phone / web consultations are ONLY available after an initial in-person consult and ONLY for certain conditions.
We hold our standard of care to the highest ethics and this is why we require seeing you in person the first time. We use our discretion to decide if your case is something we can monitor by phone and email alongside your licensed health professionals from a distance following the first visit. If we feel we cannot best or ethically serve you, it is because we have your best interests at heart and /or feel it is ethically correct to see you regularly instead of maintaining every six months distance work. Please inquire via email if you have a doubt about this.
We can respond to basic inquires by email, but are unable to provide lengthy replies without an appointment. We often suggest making a list of questions between appointments for follow ups.
Scheduling: We tend to book out between 3-6 weeks out. If you are coming from far, please plan ahead. Best contact methods is email.
Fill out ALL forms ahead of time: Please read instructions on seeing the Tibetan Doctor & come prepared with hard copies of the forms at the time of your first appointment.
Refilling Traditional Supplements & Formulas: Local or Colorado based people MUST come in for office visits at a minimum seasonally, unless prior arrangements have been made. Those who have seen other Tibetan doctors must also have their pulse read by a qualified Menpa (doctor of Tibetan Medicine) within the last six months to get any refills of herbal supplements by providing documentation of examination.
Many people travel from all over Colorado and other nearby states to see us. In person tracking of your case ensures you are being treated ethically, properly and with the right methods and in the current environment and season.
We DO NOT TEXT message: We DO NOT HAVE TEXTING on our work phones. Texts will be unseen and un-answered. Please send emails or leave a phone message. Email tend to be fastest. We will respond during non-holiday and work weekdays.
Insurance: Some people have flex plans in their insurance policies which cover a variety of alternative medicine treatments. Some people use flex account money to pay for our services. Tibetan Medicine & Holistic healing does not process any insurance claims, nor do we provide records for car accidents or injures. We do provide documentation of services via invoice at the time services are rendered. If you plan to submit records, it is your duty to keep track of your receipts. If we have to re-create receipts we change for our time.
